What is your Refund& Exchange policy

• We hope that you are fully satisfied with your purchase from Sarah's Closet. But if not, you can request a return, your item must be unworn and in the same condition as received with full packaging and accessories within 24 hours from delivery for a full refund. Order returns requested after 24 hours and you will get the money back within 14 days of receiving the prodcut through instapay or Vodafone cash. refunds will be processed after we receive the item back to ensure it's in sellable condition. All returns are subject to a return shipping fee.
