Where is my order?

Thank you for placing your order with us! All orders are dispatched within 24-48hrs of confirmation and take approximately 3-5 business days (excluding holidays) to be delivered. For further details, please contact us at Sarah'scloset.com

How can I change or cancel my order?

Please email us immediately as orders cannot be cancelled once dispatched. If your item has still not been processed, we will cancel your order and provide a full refund, including shipping fees. If the order has been processed and dispatched, please see our return policy.

To change an item in your order, you must contact us before your order is processed. Please email us at cs@sarah'scloset.com for further assistance.

What is your refund & return policy?

We hope that you are fully satisfied with your purchase from Sarah's Closet. To request a return, your item must be unworn and in the same condition as received with full packaging and accessories within 24 hours from delivery for a full refund. Order returns requested after 24 hours and within 14 days of delivery are eligible for exchange only (please see our exchange policy). All jewelry (earrings, necklaces, rings, etc.) are NOT eligible for return or exchange and cannot be opened prior to delivery. All clothing items cannot be returned or exchanged after delivery unless sent back with the same courier due to hygiene reasons, refunds will be processed after we receive the item back to ensure it's in sellable condition. All returns are subject to a return shipping fee. 

Orders below 1500 EGP are eligible to be opened at delivery. Orders above 1500 EGP must be received, paid, and then opened. 

You will be given a refund in the same form as the original payment method. Items will be reviewed and processed and a final confirmation sent to you.

All outlet items are final sale and exchange only. Please see the exchange policy for further information.

How can I exchange my item?

Sarah's Closet offers exchanges within 14 days of delivery for certain categories. Items must be unworn and in the same condition as received with full packaging and accessories. Exchanges are treated as new orders, in which you will request a return and place a new order for the item you wish to purchase. All returns and new items shipped to you are subject to a delivery fee. 

Outlet items are only eligible for exchange for other outlet items. Clothing must be returned at the time of delivery to be eligible for exchange and must be in new condition. 

Please contact us via email at cs@Sarah'scloset.com to facilitate an exchange request. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

My item is damaged upon delivery or needs to be repaired, what do I do?

We pride ourselves on high-quality construction and durability. Please provide us with photos and a description of the damage to Cs.Sarah'scloset.com so a member of our customer service team can assist further.
